Junior school council
Junior School Council is a school leadership role eligible for students from Year 2 to Year 6. Each class teacher has chosen a student who displays the qualities and skills required to carry out this position. These students are cooperative, organised, community minded, good communicators and show initiative.
Environmental Leader is a school leadership role eligible for students in Year 6. Four students are chosen who display the qualities and skills required to carry out this position. These students are environmentally minded and feel strongly that we all can make our planet healthier by cleaning up our own backyard. They will often be seen encouraging children to put their rubbish in the bin.
These students were selected by their own peers. Each student shows strong leadership skills and are good communicators. Students in the earlier years see these students as positive role models.
House and Vice House Captains were selected by their peers. These students have many responsibilities such as organising Interschool Sport equipment. You will see them cheering on their fellow house members at the athletic and swimming carnivals.
